Summer Holidays in the Francke Foundations

Let the sparks fly! Our Summer Holiday Programme 2023

For all those who want to get away from the deckchair and into nature, to brunch or behind a camera during the summer holidays, the Francke Foundations have a holiday programme on offer that is quite literally a lot of fun.

Children's Creative Centre Krokoseum

The Krocoseum will be rebuilt from 4 July-6 August. During this time we go out into the fresh air! In the summer holidays we enjoy the sun, the warmth, a refreshment and invite all holiday children between six and twelve years to interesting holiday activities. Among other things, we want to look around Halle and the surrounding area on two bicycle tours to find interesting points of contention, we invite you to photo workshop days to illustrate disputes, and we want to »let the sparks fly« on points of contention in an art workshop with Wiebke Kirchner. Check out our colourful, creative and mobile summer holiday programme in the events calendar!
