News on the Francke Foundations' plan archive
Thanks to a generous grant from the state of Saxony-Anhalt from special COVID-19 funds, 2,000 large-format historical plan drawings were digitised at the August Hermann Francke Study Centre and the entire plan archive with over 3,400 drawings was made available online.
Cataloguing, Research, Publications
Digitisation, indexing and editing projects are being carried out, in part with cooperation partners and within the framework of third-party funding. They serve as a basis for own academic research projects and invite external scholars to study the unique sources.
