Family farm day at Stiftsgut Stichelsdorf

Three times a year, the gates of the Stiftsgut open for the popular farm day. Fruit and vegetables are grown here in Stichelsdorf on the outskirts of the city, which can be harvested and processed in cooperation with the children's farm and a new tenant.

Come to the first Family Farm Day of the Francke Foundations' Family Center on Saturday, April 5, at 1 p.m.! Under the motto Spring, Easter & Birds, you can expect exciting hands-on activities, creative handicrafts and great exercise opportunities for the whole family. Discover nature, learn new things about birds and enjoy a spring-like day full of fun! We look forward to seeing you!

Attention: Unfortunately there will be NO shuttle bus to the farm day on 05.04.2025.

- Fire pit with stick bread and music

- 15:30 Spring dance with BALLON CHANSON (Balkanfolk & Danses)
- Reading time with the reading fairies (2 pm & 3 pm)
- Big Easter egg hunt (4 pm)
- Meet & greet with a real ornithologist

ARRIVAL

By car
You can reach the Stiftsgut by car via the B100 towards Peißen. Then follow the signs to Stichelsdorf.
Parking spaces are available.

By train
For those who like to move around, we recommend taking the S-Bahn S9 from the main railway station to the Peißen stop (1 stop). From there it is about 1 km on foot, a walk that will inspire you!
