Five steps to the perfect conference venue

View of the Freylinghausen Hall

With the conference floor in the Historic Orphanage, the Francke Foundations have an attractive conference venue in a place steeped in history. Meetings, conferences, concerts and events with up to 350 people can be organised without any problems. We provide event technology and can also arrange a culinary supply. The differently designed rooms can be rented individually or in any combination. Special offers such as guided tours through the site and the museums of the Francke Foundations (also in English, French or Russian) can be arranged.

Step 1

The list below will give you an overview of the available premises and the ensemble of the Francke Foundations. Think about the number of participants you can expect and choose the rooms that suit you the best. Please complete the contact form and send it by fax (+49 (0)345 2127 442) or e-mail to Babette Hahn. If you have any questions, please contact us at the above telephone number.

Step 2

We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to clarify the details. If you wish, we will arrange an appointment to inspect the premises on site and discuss your event. Otherwise, we will accept your registration and ask you about the technology you require and the type of catering you are planning. In addition, we need information about the start and end times of your event as well as any rehearsal, set-up and dismantling times. These are part of the calculation. After receiving this information, we will make you an offer.

Step 3

If our offer falls into your satisfaction, you will receive a contract, which we would ask you to sign and return to us. It is the very basis of our further cooperation. Depending on the scope and duration of your event, we would ask you to send us your desired programme or discuss it with us about two to three weeks before the date in order to arrange everything that is necessary.

Step 4

We will contact you a few days before the date of the event and ask for any changes and details that have not yet been made.

Step 5

After your event you will receive an invoice from us for the services rendered.
